Requirement for the submission of plant material
This list is published once a year within a special issue of the CPVO's Gazette (S2) . Modifications entering into force throughout the year before the publication of the next S2 Gazette are published in the regular Gazette of the CPVO.
Important Note: The applicant is expected to submit the material only after having received a request in writing from the Office. Failure to comply with the above instruction may jeopardize the whole procedure.
