On 17 September 2009, the European Commission adopted a recast of the proceedings regulation (EC) n° 1239/95 establishing implementing rules for the application of Council Regulation (EC) No 2100/94 as regards proceedings before the Community Plant Variety Office.
The new Regulation, COMMISSION REGULATION (EC) No 874/2009 of 17 September 2009, has been published in the Official Journal of the EC L251 of 24 September 2009 page 3 and is available from the CPVO web site under Community Plant Variety Rights / legislation in force. |
